News: critic's pick "The Band's Visit" (read my review) will close on April 7th; instead of being sad, let's celebrate that this intimately bold and beautiful new musical, which recouped its investment and won a whopping 10 Tony Awards, came to Broadway at all! "Anastasia" will close March 31st; the Public Theater announced its summer lineup at the Delacorte Theatre in Central Park, including "Much Ado About Nothing", "Coriolanus", and a Public Works stage adaption of the 1997 Disney film "Hercules"; Broadway's "Oklahoma!" has joined the Gun Neutral Initiative; and Fox has cancelled its planned live telecast of "Hair", instead deciding to focus on "titles that have a wide appeal" (snarky!)
